Beautiful 106 square meter (1140 square feet) - holiday rental flat in a 100 year old building with 12 foot, 4 inch high ceilings. Newly remodeled, 2 brand new Bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi tub and shower, other with shower. Both are fitted with new vanities, toilets, heated towel bars and porcelain tile with decorative stone trim. Both showers are fitted with Hans Grohe  5 ½ in. shower heads and you will get a shower better than any top class hotel.

The apartment has original parquet floors, antique bronze chandeliers, lots of old books and decorative items to make one feel totally at home.
Three large windows facing street - very bright - with exterior blackout shutters, sheers and curtains inside. At night one can lower exterior shutters for complete silence and darkness in Master Bedroom and Living area.

Heating and hot water system are also new. Hot water is instant and consistent and heating is by radiator.

Please note that there are three flights of stairs - no elevator. Our service representative will meet you at the door and will bring your bags directly to your apartment and provide you with keys, information, cell phones, maps etc.

My name is Brendan O'Shea and I am the owner of this apartment. From Ireland origonally, I live in Palm Desert, California most of the year but spend my summers in Budapest - traveling to surrounding locations. I visited Budapest about 4 years ago and the city just felt good, so I went back a few months later and bought the apartment. I still love my time there.
This holiday flat is very cosy and has everything one would need for your stay in Budapest. It has beautiful 'old world' charm with it's 12 Ft 4 Inch ceilings, original parquet floors, 10 Ft. High doors and windows. Antique chandeliers and mixed furnishings with lots of old books etc give it it's homey quality. It is managed by Noemi, who speaks perfect English and can be reached by phone most of the time. As a vacation short term rental, it is occupied at least 35% of the time during the year and everyone is very happy with the experience.
By the way it's 2 beautiful Bathrooms are new and were designed and remodeled by myself to American standards- this is my business (www.CallBrendan.com) here in the Palm Springs area.

If you have special requirements - maybe we can help. Only negative is that if walking up 3 flights of stairs is out, then this apartment is not for you. I like the forced excercise myself and coupled with the fact that I ride my bike everywhere, it keeps me fit. Yes, biking is safe and fun in Budapest and you can rent inexpensively. Best way to see the city, especially at the weekend. 

For the Budapest Holiday Rental Golfer - there is a set of golf clubs for your use in the apartment. Other sets can be rented and there are a few golf courses in short driving distance of Budapest.
